I have a problem ticket (tier 2) and it has bounced around several teams for 8 weeks with zero resolution. No one contacts me, and many times when I call no one seems to care. Those who seem to care make promises saying they will track the ticket and call me back, but they NEVER do. When I called in yesterday, the ticket had been closed even though the issue was never resolved. COX DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS
Several reps that I first contacted failed to resolve the issue. These reps were rude, kept pushing unneeded upgrades, then shut off internet connection eventually right after one rep hung up on me. No show up, rep hung up. Very rude representatives Larvell Gainesville location.
So far, I am having a great experience with www.uno.im. The service has worked without interruptions and was so simple for me to set up. When I had a question, I contacted them and they went above and beyond. I can now work (and play) from my mobile device and not have to worry about mixing up my business calls and my personal calls. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
