8x8 has been completely reliable and stable for our company in the period that we have used their hosted VoIP system. We have not had any service downtime, and we have not had any dropped or missed calls. This is good news for us.
We've had a pretty great experience with 8x8 since we switched from another business VoIP provider last fall. Provisioning and set up was easy, and the one minor issue we did have was fixed quickly with help from customer support. So far so good.
We just use this service to test used IP phones so we couldn't tell you much about the reliability and features. But we sure do appreciate their customer support and low price.
I ordered Layer4 so that I would have a reliable business line. Before I received my Cisco IP phone they helped me set up my soft phone on my computer step by step, and if I got stuck on something I would call them and they gladly explained everything. Once I received my IP phone it was fully set up, all I had to do was plug it into my network and plug in the power and I had a phone. For anyone who needs a phone that comes with everything and a great support team behind it I would gladly and fully recommend Layer4. Also you never have to worry about contracts.
