They have an excellent training and support team. It was very easy to learn how to use the system and to train employees on it. They have tons of features which can accomodate all different types of campaigns.
We had a different VOIP provider for many years and this company is like night and day to what our business used before. The customer service has been OUTSTANDING! Anytime I have a question, I can call our account contact and I get an almost immediate answer. The quality of the phone calls is also considerably better from what we had before. LOVE being able to also see the voice mails on the computer! Thank you Net2Phone for making things so much easier here!
Our experience with Net2Phone has been far less than stellar both with product and service. We have found the service to be filled with incompetence. We have two Polycom 6000s and one Polycom 7000s for our conference rooms which we connect directly to our Comcast. The wrong phones were sent in the initial order. Then the correct phones were sent to our home office rather than the site office...twice. After only one month in use, one of the 6000s died and had to be replaced. Both times the unit was sent it did not include the power supply even though the packing slip said that it was included. Hours upon hours have been spent dealing with issues. As well as far too many people involved in the process being sent around between various departments. Although support is responsive initially, there is a complete lack of follow through. It has taken two weeks to resolve yet another issue with the replaced phone and things are still being marked to ship to our home office as well as return shipping labels emailed to the home office. I have had to initiate every follow-up call (daily for the past week) despite leaving messages for a specific person to return my phone call. I honestly don't understand how they manage to stay in business.
