ACD distributes inbound calls to call center agents, based on various rules that an administrator can set. Most call centers use ACDs to route high-priority calls to their best workers (and to ensure that people can take breaks). 3CLogic's ACD allows you add home-based agents (which lets your call center agents telecommute). 3CLogic IVR IVR (interactive voice response) is an auto attendant that responds to the sound of a customer's voice. IVR allows customers to advance their request to the right area of a call center. 3C Logic's IVR is completely customizable: you can allow customers to choose between departments, individual staff members, or a combination of all three. 3C Logic Predictive Dialer 3CLogic's predictive dialer is a service for outbound-oriented call centers. Predictive dialers allow call centers to contact large numbers of customers by automatically delivering voicemail messages or live responses based on a customer's actions. Predictive dialers are useful for banks and school districts - or any business with lots of customers that it needs to contact on short notice. 3CLogic CRM integration 3CLogic integrates with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.  A full list of 3C Logic's supported software is available on their website (but 3CLogic should integrate with any CRM software). White label service 3CLogic can help you resell their call center services with your own VoIP service. Additionally, 3C logic can work with any origination termination carrier.

They have an excellent training and support team. It was very easy to learn how to use the system and to train employees on it. They have tons of features which can accomodate all different types of campaigns.
