They have an excellent training and support team. It was very easy to learn how to use the system and to train employees on it. They have tons of features which can accomodate all different types of campaigns.
We tested their service for one month before making the switch and received great call quality, customer support and competitive price. The plans based on number of phone lines required instead of paying per user, did offer us good saving every month. Michael was a great help from the start! Cebod Telecom is an excellent choice for VoIP service, offered us a competitive monthly pricing, no setup fee and all substantial features. Its feature set, along with the thorough customer support makes it a provider worth considering. Sound quality is great as well, I did not believe it until I experienced it for myself.
