Most of the time the service is working some days the people on the other
side tell me its choppy and i need to call back when i call back sometimes
its much better and other times i give up and i use my cell phone. Don't get
me started on customer service you can be on hold for ever and a lot of times
they don't know answers so there for you get passed around or they say they
will have someone call you back within 24hrs and sometimes they do call
sometimes they don't and i have to call them multiple times . There prices
are great and features there are a lot of them most don;t seem to work on my
phone but that could just be the phone so that i cant say.
