Easy to set-up call routing, voice prompts, schedule... Find Me, Follow me is great for getting call to mobile users HUD, Heads Up Display is excellent for operators and department admins	annual support contract is a significant cost. It is worth it but should be considered when evaluating.	We have been with Fonality since 2007. The initial installation and set-up was relatively painless. Their phone support is excellent at all times of the day. We seldom need to call for support as the system is very reliable. I would recommend Fonality to any business that has a small or no I.T. department or any company that wishes to reduce the time it takes to manager their phone system.
