Nextiva has two basic phone plans: Connect and Nextiva Office. Both have multiple scalable options: as you increase your calling capabilites (for instance, expanding from 1,000 minutes a month to unlimited minutes) your monthly flat rate increases. But that’s it: there aren’t setup fees or contracts (that is, unless you want one; like most other VoIP providers, Nextiva offers a discount to encourage you to sign a contract).

I've been using voip at home for the past year and thought it was time to begin using voip at the office. My husband and I got information and quotes from several providers, after reviewing things and discussing what would be best for us - we chose Nextiva. The sales rep gave us great information and we setup our service quite quickly.At home the voip service has been great and the business voip service is also working out to be a great move. The sound quality is strong and we love the fact that we have a recorded auto-attendant answering every call. Considering how much we are paying and what we get in return, Nextiva is a steal. We can confidently say that our choice to go with them was the right one.

My business is only a few years old and had an in-house pbx before going over to nextiva. I like the hosted pbx platform as well as their prices but what has made me so happy with nextiva is their customer service. It is quite difficult to find a service company that does not outsource their support and actually cares. When I call nextiva they are nice and help me get my issues resolved. Their customer service is what is keeping me so happy and I'm very excited that I no longer have my pbx - it was a pain. Nextiva is a great provider in all aspects. I usually write about why I don't like a provider although in the case of nextiva I only have good things to say.

Nextiva's level of customer care is the best. I have three lines of service with them and although I'm probably nowhere near being their largest account, customer service treats me like I'm the only client. I've spoken to a few different reps and the answers have been helpful and consistent. The control panel for my account is sweet and their call sound quality is great.

I've been a long time verizon customer but decided to try something new when I started my new business. Based on the quotes I received and information provided by most phone companies I decided to give Nextiva a shot. The sales representative, Levi, was very kind and they got my account setup very quickly. I'm using an 800 number as well as a local number with their service and I really like their web admin panel. I did have a few questions regarding the setup process when I first got started and support was helpful in guiding me. I've now got a hang of how the system works and I love it.

Before choosing Nextiva I studied the features of every phone service company out there. I went with nextiva because of their friendly team and unbeatable deal.After a few months of being with them I'm a happy customer and love their auto-attendant and control panel that can be accessed online.

 I found Nextiva online and I use their Nextiva Connect360 plan for my business. I own two restaurants and love the auto attendant and music on hold feature. If you are looking for a high quality phone solution, go with Nextiva.
They have great customer support and I'm yet to find a phone provider with a better deal.

Go with Nextiva. That's all I have to say.  I wouldn't even waste my time going with all these other companies that I've dealt with that are just bogus.  Nextiva treats phone service for a business as its meant to be treated: A VITAL MUST HAVE SERVICE. Some of these other phone companies don't realize that you can't SURVIVE as a business unless you have phone service.  That's been the biggest problem between traditional phone companies and VoIP companies, traditional phone companies KNOW you need phone service working ALL THE TIME.  Now with Nextiva, I have that reliability.

Not one complaint here.  Nextiva gets the job done, and is just as reliable if not MORE reliable than traditional phone service.  Its way cheaper than regular phone service, and its so easy to set up.  VERY recommended. Get AWAY from your old traditional phone service and go with nextiva!

Reliable service in my experience.  We've been using them for a little over a year now and haven't had any real problems with them and the minor ones we've had were easily  addressed by their customer service without too much of a problem.  Definetely been an overall decent experience.

No complaints with Nextiva.  Good customer service, decent pricing, great sound quality.  No big issues here.  I would recommend them to someone who is looking for a solid VoIP solution with little hassle and good customer service.
