Great service. I moved my phones MondoTalk and solved all the problems I had with my old provider. I recommend them to my friends now

Buyer beware, They have a great solution in theory and they have great rates. I personally now feel responsible to warn other people considering using them for their business/their customers

Started up with seemingly good customer service, then was unable to provide me with the promised voip calls to Iran. Then didn’t even respond to me on whether or not they will fix the problem or not. So $10 credit and $10 purchase of their recommended soft phone app gone!

Good theoretical rates and promises!
I didn’t get a service. They stopped responding to my query as to why and what to do now? Refund? Do I have time to fight for $20 bucks!

Service quality wise Mondotalk definitely will suit someone's need in terms of VOIP service.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!.They response well through emails and calls, they will even call you for more assistance and for me that's awesome!!!you're not gonna wait for long hours.. they assure quality service and promptness..And their price is excellent..very reasonable too.

you can choose whether you like softphone or phone equipment they have it.very convenient!!

I live in Toronto, Canada and I did not even get such a good customer support from local VOIP providers. I was surprised with Mondotalk's willingness to help. If they keep up their service like this I am sure they will be very successfull not just in Australia - across the ocean as well. I am already one of them from Canada. I did not for a second feel that they are on the other side of the world. They were better than any other American and Canadian provider. I highly recommend them. I will gladly explain you the type of service they provided me.

When I signed up for Mondotalk I was a bit skeptical at first. I sent many e-mails and called them many times. Amazingly, not once did they fail to reply. Most other companies would ignore you after a couple times, but not Mondotalk.
Anyways, I just tried out their phone last night and the call quality is unbelievable. You should give Mondotalk a try. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Started using MondoTalk right from the beginning, we like it and use it for private and bussines related call. We have also Easy Talk, hence no need to have computer switched on - we use telephone attached to the device. When in other countries we use the MiniTalk/MP3 USB device to call home (Australia)numbers for "local call prices" and also calling our friend is cheaper than using "calling cards" and/or other phone lines. We are using Intenet cafee's for this purpose. It's just perfect, convenient and economical.
