Gafachi seeks to simplify the carrier-customer relationship for its more than 10,000 active customers by simply saying "no" to cumbersome, time-consuming bureaucracy.

VoIP Services

Gafachi provides white route termination service to the US and 170 countries, lines for as low as $4, and automatically adjusted volume discounts on calling rates.

Termination Services

Gafachi features a no-commitment, inexpensive set of services that includes usage-based, real-time volume rate adjustments. Gafachi has no minimum requirement for minutes, but does require 100% IP origination to be eligible for the default termination plan.

Gafachi offers domestic (contiguous 48) and international termination services with incremental billing, tiered pricing, and automatically adjusted volume discounts on calling rates.

DID Origination

Gafachi makes it easy to access or port DIDs in any service area for a reasonable cost. Gafachi clients can combine lines and DIDs without having to select from a limited set of packages or worry about overages.

Gafachi's origination pricing blends the best aspects of per-minute and per-line costs into an economic alternative. High-volume customers never pay more than $12 per month for lines.

Dedicated Servers

Clients with large call volumes, such as IVR systems or hosted PBX providers, may prefer a dedicated server. The dedicated server eliminates a superfluous connection point and facilitates smoother, more direct handoffs to the Gafachi network.

Toll Free Origination

Gafachi offers toll free number origination throughout the contiguous United States for $2/month and usage fees (plus a $2 setup fee). There's a $25 one-time fee (per number) to transfer toll free numbers, and volume discounting is available.

Toll fee usage fees are determined by a 3-tier pricing plan and the number of minutes purchased per month. Rates in the Lower 48 are billed in 6-second increments.

Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are included in an extended service area plan. Setup for each toll free number is a one-time fee of $25.

Technological Advantage

Over ten years as a Telco and a VoIP wholesaler, Gafachi has built a complete, custom, reliable carrier-grade network with QoS features and 24/7 monitoring. It offers support for T.38 faxes, carrier-grade voice quality, and 99.999% uptime. Gafachi also developed its own battle-tested softswitch, the Gafachi SoftSwitch (GSS).

Gafachi also offers convenient, efficient service and billing features. Gafachi offers tiered pricing plans for calling minutes, incremental billing, economic rates for DIDs and lines, and automatically adjusts the volume discounts based on usage.

Gafachi customers use a web-based interface to initiate DIDs, administer lines, and view their current volume pricing rates and minute-usage statistics.

One of Gafachi's unique service offers is real-time call tracing. Additionally, Gafachi goes beyond the traditional call record to provide customers with the information they really need, such as hourly use statistics. Gafachi is able to do this through its TRAC system (tracking, reporting, and analysis of calls). Using TRAC, customers can access real-time call detail records online.

Lousy service and customer support

I've been trying for TWO MONTHS and three different tech support people to cancel this account. I called them again today and they told me that since it's a prepay service, I "may not" be entitled to a refund of my $406.00 which is still on my account. That sucks and is totally unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

AT FIRST this was a good, reliable company. Something has changed in that they had a lot of down time and that's why I needed to cancel it. I found another provider, Vitelity, which is more reliable in their quality, customer service and reliability.
Customer service sucks. Lots of down time when you can't get through with their service.

While you can't beat the price for dialer traffic, it certainly comes at a cost and you get what you pay for. After we signed up, we had a few questions. I left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails to our account manager, all of which went ignored. I finally called in to the main number to get my questions answered and I requested a new account manager. This was 4 months ago and I've called in multiple times regarding the status of our new account manger and they just tell me something nice to get me off the phone but nothing ever happens with it, we still don't have one.
In addition, I typically pull the CSRs so I can bill our clients for their dialer traffic, but the last 2 months this link on their website has not been functioning properly. I only get error messages. When I call in to the main number to report this and to see if they have another way for me to get the CDRs, they tell me they will pull them and email them to me (but they never take down my info, my user name, my email address, or the dates I'm requesting). I've called in about 5 times regarding this issue and I NEVER get a response back. Whats worse is that now when I call into the main number I get our old account manager so when he says he'll pull the reports and email them to me, I'm never surprised when it doesn't happen. I haven't been able to bill our client for the last 2 months due to this issue and I can't get ahold of anyone who will do something besides tell me they'll call me back (and then don't).
The CDR link is not the only website issue they have. I frequently will log in and their images/logos are missing, or I click a link and get an error message. Currently, when I try to log in, I get an error message. Sometimes, their website won't even come up at all. There have also been many occasions where I've called our old account manager and received "the cellular customer you've dialed is not in service", or I've called the main number and it rings twice, then goes to a busy signal. I do understand that from time to time technical issues will arise, but this has been non-stop for 6 months now, its always something with them and when I report the issue they say "I'll check into that and give you a call back today", and then I never hear from them.
I have worked with 2 other upstream providers in the industry and this one is by far the WORST I have experienced. I am currently looking into another company for our dialer traffic and will be moving from Gafachi as soon as possible!

Our experience with Gafachi has been excellent. We are currently using them mostly for US outbound calls and a little Intl. They have a lot of unique features that helped our call centers cut there phone bills in more than half.
We were please with our quick it was to get started with them and both our sales and technical reps have been responsive - they both helped use test and turn-up quickly.
Also, billing is very clear cut with CDRs are available in real-time. 

Quick setup and testing; call center specific features and advice; reps are responsive; straight forward billing
Not too much to say here but I will update as our business relationship proceeds. CMI is a little bare-bones but certainly functional.
