Bad support/service
It took 5 min to sign up with office for business line. They gave me numbers from California instead of Vermont, nothing was working when call them they were transferring me from one to another person ,the answer was it will take 10 days for numbers to be transferred and working. I told them that I cannot run the business and wait that long no answer.After few days I call to cancel everything it took 3 hours on the phone(unbelievable) and then week later bill came for $105 for service that was never working. It’s a big scam!!! BEWARE!!I call again to dispute the bill and they assign me a person from Bratislava and he said that they will credit partial payment and I was left to pay activation fee!! I cannot believe that AT&T office at hand is doing business so poorly and and below standards!!
