Here's my story: I've used this service for 2 weeks now. It started off shaky. My VOIP did not work at first, so I contacted online help. After a little while they informed me that it looked like I was being sent onto an American system or something like that. They told me to wait for an e-mail saying that it had been fixed. So I waited, and nothing came. So I tried to use it the next day and it worked. But, the sound quality was horrible. Tinny, with an echo. I contacted customer service, and they recommended I not use a wireless connection. Well that wasn't the problem. So I submitted a ticket and got no recommendations from Voipgo technical support on how to improve the sound. Then I realized that the soft phone available for download on the Voipgo site was the X-Lite 3...there is an X-Lite 4 now. So I downloaded that and everything is great. So I contacted online help and told them what I did and they credited me 5 dollars for being helpful. Online help is available most of the time, the price is a very reasonable 17.95 a month for unlimited incoming/outoing calls, and if you're on both lines the third call coming in will ring busy. (Busy signal is cheesy sounding but not a big deal.) I needed a busy signal for my business which is why I chose Voipgo and I am glad I did.
I have been a voipgo customer for almost 2 years, and the service has worked very well. I only emailed customer service once last year, about a credit that hadn't been applied, and never heard back. Given the previous reviews, I was expecting my phone to suddenly stop working one day and it hasn't.. I emailed sales yesterday and heard back in 24 hours. They have the best selection of features, flexibility, number availability and price. My annual contract is coming up... should I stay ... or should I go ??
In general, the quality of voice is stable and easy to use with the Japanese menu, even though almost VoIP service vendors can NOT support the Japanese one.
I class myself as a larger SME having a property management business that has a few branches in different areas of the UK. The VoIP calls and conference calls have proved invaluable as I can talk to all my managers at once and eliminate the need to try and meet up or chat online. I first got PBX when I expanded to two offices, which my then host just about coped with, but when I had 3 they were hopeless, so I changed to VoIPdito. Being a savvy businesswoman, the free trial was what initially attracted me and I dare anyone to say different! Once that was over, I put together the package I needed and did the deal so to speak. A special mention for Steve in customer service who waited patiently while I ‘ummed and aarhed’, added stuff and took stuff away, but between the two of us I got my perfect package. VoIPdito will come with me when I open my next office later in the year, and I hope our relationship lasts for many years to come.
