Here's my story: I've used this service for 2 weeks now.  It started off shaky.  My VOIP did not work at first, so I contacted online help.  After a little while they informed me that it looked like I was being sent onto an American system or something like that.  They told me to wait for an e-mail saying that it had been fixed.  So I waited, and nothing came.  So I tried to use it the next day and it worked. But, the sound quality was horrible.  Tinny, with an echo.  I contacted customer service, and they recommended I not use a wireless connection.  Well that wasn't the problem.  So I submitted a ticket and got no recommendations from Voipgo technical support on how to improve the sound. Then I realized that the soft phone available for download on the Voipgo site was the X-Lite 3...there is an X-Lite 4 now.  So I downloaded that and everything is great. So I contacted online help and told them what I did and they credited me 5 dollars for being helpful. Online help is available most of the time, the price is a very reasonable 17.95 a month for unlimited incoming/outoing calls, and if you're on both lines the third call coming in will ring busy.  (Busy signal is cheesy sounding but not a big deal.)  I needed a busy signal for my business which is why I chose Voipgo and I am glad I did.

I have been a voipgo customer for almost 2 years, and the service has worked very well.  I only emailed customer service once last year, about a credit that hadn't been applied, and never heard back. Given the previous reviews, I was expecting my phone to suddenly stop working one day and it hasn't.. I emailed sales yesterday and heard back in 24 hours.   They have the best selection of features, flexibility, number availability and price.   My annual contract is coming up... should I stay ... or should I go ??

Signed up for this service when Sunrocket whent out of buesness, they count time from when you sign up. After a week there was no sign of the Phone adapter being sent on the Carriers Web page after a couple of emails finaly recieved the equipment so much for the month to try the service out, I found the service quality was much worse that the quality I had with Sun rocket. Not only a lot of interference but also a lot of dropping of calls. I was not able to work with them on because as my phone adaptor came 2 weeks into my first month and I figured I should try the phone a couple of times on different days to make sure the problem was not just a bad call. I then requested disconnect through the web sight. This was the only thing that happened quickly. but even though I terminated befor the end of the month period and this was confirmed and I followed their instructions in mailing back the equipment they still charged my credit card with the next months service and a disconect fee. Complaining to support was useless and all I was able to get was able to get was a vage reference to small print (which I feel I had complied with to the letter). Thus I had a very expencive 10 days of VoIP service.
