Multiple landlines being used. All lines have quality issues and at times so bad customer can not be understood. It sounds as a really bad connection as if a cell phone where being used and it was breaking up. After 3 months of verified problems they finally came out and determined some of the equipment was bad. After replacing some of the equipment we were back and operational with no problems. Now the same problem has come back up and we are again having to use our personal cell phones for company use even though we are paying close to $600 a month for their services. Quest came out and stated that there equipment is not even all hooked up. We can not get a simple signal technical off of their computer monitoring program to physically come out and look at their equipment. Also internet connection is really slow and at times don't even work. Simple signal states that if the other company that shares the lines is watching a video on the internet it will cause interference with the phone lines. $600 a month seems pricy if you can't use internet connection and phone lines at the same time. My cell phone is capable of this and it only runs $100 a month
Great sound quality, very creative staff. The team put together my phone system for me, asked me how i imagined it could work in a perfect world, then built the system to those specifications (i didn't know they could do it the way i described, but it's great). The training staff was very prompt and friendly, got my team up to speed on the new features that will keep my co-workers in contact. Provisioning team helped keep the setup simple, pre-programmed everything so i just needed to plug in phones around the office. The support team has also been great, tweaking my setup for me, very nice. Service has been very reliable, very happy with the quality and sound.
My problem with the company I have been with 5 years can not fixed there own phone system .I rely on my phone system for customers itd been down 4 days noone but rookies trying to fix my issues when you cal my business all 4 lines and 4 different numbers all you get is a recording noone knows why
When we replaced our phone system for the office we did a lot of research; we talked to a lot of different companies to see what they’re using; we read every review that we could find; and we painfully went through all the various options to check out the applicability for our business. After the research we contacted each vendor to see how responsive they were, so when it was time to choose the decision was incredibly easy. I would like to say that was this was the greatest experience of my life, but I think that marrying my wife and the birth of my daughter would tie for first place in that competition... RingCentral is hands down the winner when it comes to an amazing phone system that can do system wide voice calls, sending and receiving faxes on your phone (yes some of our vendors still use a fax, lol) and group emails, customizable messages, hold music, automated transferring, push “a” button forwarding, automated attendant, video conferencing, work and project collaboration and 100’s of other functions that we are beginning to realize can literally make us even better than the amazing company we already are... With RingCentral you can come up with an idea and one of their level 2 techs will think outside the box and minutes later you have it set up; set up correctly; tested and working. If I could do it over again I would’ve switched to RingCentral 25 years ago and not wasted tens of thousands of dollars To keep antiquated phone services up and running and paying for after hours phone services with attendants who sound like they had a drink in one hand and a cigar in the other.
