The customer service department is the worst. If you have a problem with your service good luck. We are a company who is hitting their busy time of the year and therefore we need more extensions to be active. I called on a Monday morning to have 2 extensions activated so our customers could call and we could make sales. I was told to email support and I was assured it would be taken care of that day. Well Monday passed, Tuesday passed and still nothing. Despite my follow up email on Tuesday. Into Wednesday, I called and explained it is very important we get these extensions active and could they just put me on hold and do it. They claimed they didn't get ANY of my emails. Keep in mind I emailed them from multiple accounts and from THEIR contact forms. I emailed AGAIN from the same accounts and on SUPPORT forms on their website. And surprise surprise it's the end of the day on Wednesday and nothing. Customer service is a joke. They do not care and now my company has gone almost the whole week without extensions we need.
IMPROCOM provides great and reliable service with perfect sound quality, price and customer service was very helpful. The technical support service was outstanding, they helped me with everything which I asked very quickly. I highly appreciate all the help, which was given to myself. The equipment system was great. Everything was heard very clearly throughout the call. The call did not drop even once, which is greatly appreciated, since these services have a tendency of doing that sometimes. I would be honored to give people referrals of you company. Thank you so much for all you help.
We have had Magicjack for 6 years now with no problems. We have had different types of internet services from DSL or cable to now fiber optic no problems there. We have used it to fax and talk on no problems there. We have even used Magicjack on G router with 3 computers, TV, and our cellphones With NO problems. We have bought a few different types of Magicjacks when different ones came out to see if they worked as good as the older ones No problems there. We do NOt have the fastest speed internet in a matter of fact we have one one the lowest speeds to cut cost No problems with the Magicjack for us. We have NOT problems and will stick with Magicjack. The only time I seen ANY voice problems is when the internet service company had problems. If your having problems the odds are it is with your internet service not magicjack. I read there are some internet service companies out there blocking the magicjack from working and done systems like it to make the customers buy more. It could be more as in to buy the right to be able to use a magicjack type of service. The other buy more they try to do is make it so you have to buy there phone service. I would drop that internet service ASAP if they tray any of that.
Not doing anything exotic with MagicJack so a limited feature set is not a problem. The device seems to work fine. Customer service, however, is absolute garbage. After purchasing a four-year plan during the renewal process, I find that I am again being asked to renew the service (automatically debiting my bank account/credit card) after only one year. I called to seek a clarification and discovered that magicJack (according to the person who answered the phone) apparently didn't have my current address, even though the invoice I received (PAID IN FULL) upon purchasing the plan clearly has my current address listed . . . the customer service rep claimed he needed a previous, long-outdated address for "security" reasons. These people couldn't differentiate security from a piano recital. So I sent customer support an e-mail describing the problem and I receive an e-mail in reply that the customer support e-mail box is not monitored and that I should call instead --- apparently no one at magicJack has the guts or initiative to correct their corrupted, useless database nor offer any positive assistance to a customer. I will reply by first filing formal complaints with my state Attorney General's office and the state Consumer Protection Agency. And if magicJack ignores my request to not attempt to automatically charge my credit card/bank account again, I will, indeed, file a criminal complaint (theft & fraud).
