We just use this service to test used IP phones so we couldn't tell you much about the reliability and features. But we sure do appreciate their customer support and low price.
I ordered Layer4 so that I would have a reliable business line. Before I received my Cisco IP phone they helped me set up my soft phone on my computer step by step, and if I got stuck on something I would call them and they gladly explained everything. Once I received my IP phone it was fully set up, all I had to do was plug it into my network and plug in the power and I had a phone. For anyone who needs a phone that comes with everything and a great support team behind it I would gladly and fully recommend Layer4. Also you never have to worry about contracts.
Outstanding phone service. Affordable Reliable and no problems with the service provided at all. Gabbit is the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to many many more years of service by them.
