The title says it all - 4 outages in a year is worse than any VoIP provider I have worked with in the past 15 years. In short... NetFortris can't provide the basics - a reliable VoIP phone connection. They've shot themselves in the foot by implementing technology and policies that they have not thought through. They have not reviewed their infrastructure to ensure the reliability they promise their agents and customers. Support (even though we pay extra for "Platinum Support") is slow to respond and often doesn't get it right. I have two customers that I introduced to NetFortris a year ago and regret it deeply. We will be moving on at the end of the contract term. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Much worse than AT&T or Comcast, every call puts you on hold for a long time. I spent hours on hold to resolve an issue that should have a simple fix. They do not have the staff to provide any reasonable level of service and refused to send a tech out to fix our phone system.

Trusting, and impressed on instant answers through email. Very helpful and most of all polite and patient. Finally got a landline for back up incase my cell phone blitzes out. I Iove that I can call anywhere in US. And the process is great for paying ahead.

I am very pleased with Community Phone. From how nice their customer service agents were to how easy it was to set up. Highly recommended.
