I went to Sonic on hwy 231 in Panama city Florida the intercom was out a lady name Kim took my order brought me my food and apologized for any in inconvenience this may of caused.She was very friendly and helpful wish all employees were like her.
I started with V**age and it was horrible, half the time the phone wouldnt ring. A friend of mine told me to try Sonic, and what a difference always works for me!
Trusting, and impressed on instant answers through email. Very helpful and most of all polite and patient. Finally got a landline for back up incase my cell phone blitzes out. I Iove that I can call anywhere in US. And the process is great for paying ahead.
I am very pleased with Community Phone. From how nice their customer service agents were to how easy it was to set up. Highly recommended.
