We recently switched from a local provider of Business VOIP to Apptix. The customer support for the change over has been terrific, all US based with very smart techs. As a medium sized business, documentation has been important and Apptix is very well organized with full, clear documentation. Their web portal is also very clear and easy to use.
We operate an active commercial real estate brokerage with 25 agents that require excellent phone service and that is what we got with Apptix. We were a bit reluctant at first switching from the phone company but the economy has forced us to try new things to save money. We received a lot more than we bargained for because we made the switch mainly to save money, but we have found that the features that Apptix offers are outstanding and have increased internal and external communications and productivity. my company was before at a few different VoIP company and we switch about six months ago to Telebroad and we are staying here this is the best VoIP you have can have on the market !!! they have a very good dashboard where you can see all calls and listen to it live also you can send calls directly to the agent you want!! they have now a very good google chrome extension to log calls on a Microsoft CRM it massive !!!
