RingCentral has been the worst provider I have seen in years. We have been
hung up on multiple times by their support team, our account manager has not
helped us with phone tree issues, we lose calls throughout each day, we also
have tried to create tickets on the fact that we can't create tickets to get
assistance and have to call in until we get someone on the line to create a
ticket on our behalf to get help on an issue. Most of the time the support
reps do not even know how to pull up our account or answer a simple question
as to why our call are not being recorded. This is by far the worst run
company and worst VOIP system out there.
