If you call support today, and then again in 6 months, chances are you will work with the same tech. The OnSIP customer portal is easy to navigate and administer. Very well done. | Can't think of any | OnSIP's pricing structure is fantastic. We can have as many phones as we want without affecting our bill. We have a large manufacturing space with a small number of employees. It is convenient to have phones in many locations. I couldn't justify putting phones in convenient locations when I was a Jive customer. Their 25 dollars a month per phone didn't work for me. Some phones get used once or twice per month. |
