i've only had service for two weeks and it was fine all of a sudden I have no dial tone. can't get through to tech support web site it down. and Im learning this isn't the first time.

I've only had this for less then a year, and this is the second major outage. No idea what is going on, but my phone is not working and the MPC website is down. I also sometime have major lag in my calls when it is working.
No Service, No Website, No Answering their phone!
O.K. I'm usually a pretty patient person about these things, but this company is starting to have regular outages of service and their customer service is pretty much NONEXISTENT. If I can keep my phone number... I'm switching to my local cable company's VOIP. I think I've really had it this time (been with MPC since 2/O5).
had the service less than 2 weeks has been nothing but problems..service is currently not working can not contact customer support will not return calls and getting thru to email is impossible when u resch customer service u r put on hold till a message tells u 2 contact by email i have canceled my so called service and strongly reccommend you do NOT sucribe!!!
Does anyone know what is going on with this company? I cannot obtain a dial tone, nor can I receive incoming calls. Their website is currently not accessible, and I have not had any response to my emails to customer service.
Try getting a refund...impossible
We have been with this company for 2 months now and we have had a couple times where there is no service(dial tone)for long periods of times...we are talking days!!!their customer service as stated in other post here is terrible!!!you call them...They hang up! I am still waiting for a rply on an email I sent over a month ago. Well here we sit again on the weekend with no phone!!!thanks myphonecompany.com I highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this company to think twice and talk to a brick wall...you would get farther that way.
The phone worked yesterday, 10-21. We were out all day today and when we got home the phone isn't working - our ATA can't contact the service. The MPC website is down. I sure hope this company hasn't folded, I don't want to lose my phone number.
Overall, we've had the service for over a year and haven't been impressed. It's been ok but nothing special. We plan to switch when we get a chance.
