Got alot better, there is not much I could say, but when I started service it wasn't good. 5 month's later and they are truly good. I chat with them online if I have any questions and I got good sound. I got their tech team to set up my new wip 330 wifi phone, and even set up a softphone (X-lite) with there service.
I am so happy I signed up. For $15 a month I call non-stop to Spain, Italy, England, Israel and Russia for my Travel Business. I haven't experienced any problems at all with these guys yet.
The Twilio platform has been a godsend for our company's needs. So far, it's been the most scaleable and powerful contact center and business phone platform we've used.
