I normally don't leave reviews but when service is this good I have to give credit to hard working people. David runs a world class business. I'm a CTO of a company and hard headed about letting anyone help me do anything. I've used PBX so I know it quite well. David is so quick at getting anything I need done its one of the few services I use that I actually either make a quick call or shoot an email and its done quicker then I can snap my fingers. David sounded like he was on his death bed one day when I called and was sick at home and still did my request for me when he has a team of support agents that he could have easily referred me too. Another great thing as anyone in the tech field can tell you everything is always an emergency or needs to happen right away. So having a guy like David who is fast and really knows his stuff makes me look good at my own job. The price is also the best I've found. I was referred to Thinkbright from a friend who had nothing but great things to say about thinkbright. So if your looking for a business VOIP or hosted PBX services don't go with anyone else and choose thinkbright.net
The sound quality of Think Bright is great. They did an excellent job of getting my business hooked up and running. Customer support was very helpful and considerate. Think Bright is a great VOIP provider and I highly recommend this company for anyone that is in the market for an inexpensive alternative to regular land-line telephones. Give Think Bright a shot. I'm lovin this new promo I just got with JustHost.com. For only $5.95/month, YES $5.95 for a 12 month plan, I* get unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, unlimited data transfer, unlimited email accounts... Need I say more???? With all of this, I figured that JustHost.com must have a high level of downtime, however, they actually guarantee at least 99.9% up-time and if by chance it falls below that, they offer some sort of credit on your next bill. JustHost also brags about their impeccable customer service. Being that I am new to their services, I have not really had an opportunity to give my opinion on them regarding this but have high hopes that they will live up to their talk...
