I have used this service for around 2 years now and overall I have been very satisfied. I really enjoy the low rate and not having to worry about minutes. They have some nice features as well.
Have been unable to get this stupid thing to work. I have a fax machine and have tried to send a test page to my Extreme Fax number, and I've tried to send a fax from my Extreme Fax account to my fax machine. Neither has worked despite 2 hours of trying and a long convo with their "support" which pretty much consisted of them telling me that there were "issued" with sending and receiving faxes "today." I had read another review that said the reviewer had also encountered "issues" so I asked how much of the time this thing actually works. He said it was down about one day a month,, which I just bet means at least 1 day a week. Seriously unimpressed.
