I love the service and the price are very low. A very excellent service. I will recommend them to my friends and anyone that would like to save money on their phone bills.
Great clear service and easy to use. I like the fact that I can forward my 800 number directly to my cell phone. They have been very helpful and easy to deal with.
I have used virtual phone services for nearly a decade. I find that the two biggest issues are the setup process and the poor coverage. I had a decent experience with RingCentral they had a lot of outages and then they raised their rates. I switched over to Vonjour. The port took 8 days. They had a voice actor do our recordings, which was included in the service. All together the setup was fairly easy and I haven't experienced any outages.
Signed up with this guys since I liked their UI and it was the easier to set up. Unfortunately they started messing with my billing in the first 60days. I got charged double and when I complained they started over charging me. For a $22 a month service I was being charged $26. Support sucks. Sometimes a question is answered in 48 hours or not at all. Poor English too. Obviously these are some guys in who knows where working on this part time. Too bad they could no be serious about it, they had so much potential. I disputed with my credit card since they refuse to credit for their wrong-doings.
