This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I switched to them from Verizon. They promised that my business partner and I would have all the same account access. Welp that was a lie, only one of us could get voicemails, texts and faxes. The other person got it via a email and we didn’t always get the email. I spent 3 months trying to fix it with them with no prevail. My business partner has been dealing with them for about an hour now trying to get a copy of a bill for the next year and they refuse to give it to us. They are telling us we need to pay our bill for the next 12 months before they will send us a statement. What kind of customer service is that? I will never recommend this company and the owners should be ashamed for putting such a garbage product put on the market. I will be leaving and will be giving negative reviews on every site I can so people know the real RingCentral.
I switched to RingCentral after our last VOIP provider failed us. It was the best move we ever made. Excellent features, excellent quality, and excellent support. I highly recommend RingCentral to any company looking for a high quality VOIP provider.
Not happy with your lately questionable over charges From 2013,2014,2015,2016,2017 it was $9.95 plus tax every month then last year it when TRIPLE charges. I cancelled the service 5 months ago and they billed me 4 months later for 4 months of unpaid service and while trying to settle the fact that the service had been cancelled they billed me for another month. Make sure when you cancel that you get in writing that it is a final bill and the service has been cancelled because their staff are not reliable!!! Even change your credit card so they can't rebill you.
