Had this service for two residential lines for 18 months. Voice quality has ranged from poor to mediocre. Have had to reboot ATA many times to get an acceptable voice quality. Customer via voice requires long waits and support staff is language challenged. Not helped by really poor VOIP connection to support. Email support is no better. I've found a new provider who excels at everything for less than 50% of PNG's cost.
Very poor services, Bad customer experience. Will give you good account for demo and then will run away. Be Careful
