Had this service for two residential lines for 18 months. Voice quality has ranged from poor to mediocre. Have had to reboot ATA many times to get an acceptable voice quality. Customer via voice requires long waits and support staff is language challenged. Not helped by really poor VOIP connection to support. Email support is no better. I've found a new provider who excels at everything for less than 50% of PNG's cost.
I'm in Canada and set it up for a national charity with 16 staff in a virtual office and for my private business. using it for 2 years now. Love the ease of the interface to change settings.
