I had to call to two different times. The first one was the setup and they knew how to help me exactly. Second time was to trouble shoot calling and they found out my card was declined very quickly. My fault! as soon as we replaced the card things got back to working. Overall a very amazing company, I am thrilled to have very low cost globall calling capabilities.
I'm lovin this new promo I just got with JustHost.com. For only $5.95/month, YES $5.95 for a 12 month plan, I* get unlimited bandwidth, unlimited disk space, unlimited data transfer, unlimited email accounts... Need I say more???? With all of this, I figured that JustHost.com must have a high level of downtime, however, they actually guarantee at least 99.9% up-time and if by chance it falls below that, they offer some sort of credit on your next bill. JustHost also brags about their impeccable customer service. Being that I am new to their services, I have not really had an opportunity to give my opinion on them regarding this but have high hopes that they will live up to their talk...
I switched to Just Host after multiple issues with AT&T Hosting Services. I am so pleased with Just Host that I am going to add another domain with them. Just Host makes it easy to configure your email accounts, set-up and e-business, manage the php/mysql backend, and more importantly, they have never hindered my site with domain downtime.
