Up until recently I was using long distance cards purchased at the local drugstore. The problem with these cards is that you never get the minutes you think you are paying for. Calling within our state to another area code costs 3 times more than I thought it would. Plus minutes sometimes mysteriously disappeared for no apparent reason. With Hello Highway you get exactly what you pay for and you no longer have to enter multiple digit phone numbers and pass codes. I simple dial a local phone number and dial the person I'm calling. It even allows for speed-dialing. Hello Highway makes it simple and I highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had this service since October 2018. We have a total of 10 lines plus fax via email. Issues: 1. The system goes down at least 2-3 times per month for 10 min to a full day. 2. The taxes and fees are through the roof. 3. The tech department is hit or miss, depending on who you get. So if you're a gambler, this will be fun.

BEWARE of taxes and fees charged. Before we signed a contract we were told taxes would be low…..not true. The tax rate equates to 23% of the bill (i.e. Our monthly service is $221.90 a month and taxes are 66.16 for a total of $288.06). Every discretionary tax allowed is through the roof. I would NOT recommend this company. Buyer BEWARE.

When the service works OK, technically, life is good. If you have any issue, you'll not get any serious support from their customer service. Lots of...
