I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. Their rates are competitive and easily understandable without hidden costs. They also coordinated transfering our phone numbers and any other issues we had. - Erik Pelton (Erik M. I am not only a Star2Star Dealer, but I have been using them in my office for 5 Years and have had no problems. Support has always been great, but I tell my customers, I am the first call for support. I have never charged a customer for a warranty repair, the only time I might charge a customer is if they do an add move or change that requires me to go on-site. All changes I can do online I do at no charge. The one thing I seem to find about all of the negative reviews, is they have problems with their dealers not providing the service they should. I am sorry you have that experience with your dealer. But I would recommend that if your dealer is not providing you the service you need, and they are charging for warranty repairs, call Star2Star and ask to have your account moved to another dealer because your dealer is not providing you the service you should be getting. Star2Star will act. And if they can't resolve things with your dealer, they will put you under another dealer that will take care of you.
I wish I could rate them as a 0. Terrible company, terrible service, terribe support. Don't use them.
