I honestly can't understand all these bad reviews. I've had Viatalk for close to a year and I am very satisfied with the quality of the service. No issues whatsoever with the quality of either incoming or outgoing calls. I did have an issue with a couple of the features, but the tech support was very responsive and fixed one of the issues right over the phone. The reliability has been perfect. I don't plan on switching. They are a great VOIP provider.
We've had Viatalk for more than 10 years and have noticed a degradation in service quality as well as an increase in fees that they say is recovery of taxes, but no other voip provider charges. Even if you choose their 2 year 'special', you still pay $40 in fees and an additional $5 monthly for fees. Rip off city! Plus, they are very difficult to quit.
Outstanding phone service. Affordable Reliable and no problems with the service provided at all. Gabbit is the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to many many more years of service by them.
