The phone service itself is not bad, but dealing with their customer service is not. Their representatives work from home so all of the time, they seem more worried to let you go to go back to their at home duties. The company definitely needs to do some more training on a better customer service.
daily disconnects or phone does not work at all. multiple e-mails to get a response that does not acuratley answer my question or address my problem. The only reason I've keps this as long as I have is because my daughter's very cute message that I will now loose as I can't take it any longer. No e911 from my area too!
Outstanding phone service. Affordable Reliable and no problems with the service provided at all. Gabbit is the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to many many more years of service by them.
