We signed up for this service; our router was a Linksys SPA3102 (brand new). They could not get the phone to ring, and we could not receive incoming calls. Despite this, they continued to bill us, and after the first attempt to fix our connection, they stopped responding to email. After 2 weeks, we made the move to Vonage, and after installing our router (which amounted to connecting it), our phone began to ring again and all worked correctly. We had a balance of nearly $40 with ContactTel, and we asked them to close the account and mail the balance to us, or send it by email money order: never happened. That was 8 months ago, and we don't expect to see that money again. This place is a total rip off.
Outstanding phone service. Affordable Reliable and no problems with the service provided at all. Gabbit is the best in the business. I would highly recommend this company. Looking forward to many many more years of service by them.
