We have been using these guys for over 3 years now and while initially was little nervous due to my horrible experience with another VoIP provider these guys surpassed my expectations. They asked right questions and quickly brought me on board by helping me make right choices. They have always been able to address my technical issues and sometimes have gone a step ahead and helped me with issues on my end. I have gone to these guys with all kind of requests and issues and have never had any moment of disappointment. All I can say is once you switch to these guys you will never need to look else where. They have it all Quality, Competitive Price, Customizable products, Top of the line customer service. And I have recently started using their SMS service which I am loving.
These guys talk the talk but when it comes down to tech abilities its a big fat ZERO!! Couple guys from India sitting in they're apartment, probably students trying to meet tuition. I signed up to test if this would even work as many fall short when it comes to SIP trunking. The trunk registered but they couldn't even tell me what my IP was, they said it was *.*.*.* when its is actually -.-.-.- and blamed it on my server. The IP they gave me was from the PC I signed up with.Then I registered it with a server across town at another clients place and same thing. Blaming me blaming me blaming me they didn't even have the tools to really see what was going on with the trunk as they are some lame re seller of a re seller so ya I guess you get what you pay for. I couldn't do a wire shark as the calls didn't even reach my server. Its like this with most of these guys. they blame you and try to belittle you when they are sending the DID incorrectly or a header for a phone not a server. If you have GRANDSTREAM stay away from these guys. Maybe stay away regardless of your equipment.
I've been trying for TWO MONTHS and three different tech support people to cancel this account. I called them again today and they told me that since it's a prepay service, I "may not" be entitled to a refund of my $406.00 which is still on my account. That sucks and is totally unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
While you can't beat the price for dialer traffic, it certainly comes at a cost and you get what you pay for. After we signed up, we had a few questions. I left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails to our account manager, all of which went ignored. I finally called in to the main number to get my questions answered and I requested a new account manager. This was 4 months ago and I've called in multiple times regarding the status of our new account manger and they just tell me something nice to get me off the phone but nothing ever happens with it, we still don't have one. In addition, I typically pull the CSRs so I can bill our clients for their dialer traffic, but the last 2 months this link on their website has not been functioning properly. I only get error messages. When I call in to the main number to report this and to see if they have another way for me to get the CDRs, they tell me they will pull them and email them to me (but they never take down my info, my user name, my email address, or the dates I'm requesting). I've called in about 5 times regarding this issue and I NEVER get a response back. Whats worse is that now when I call into the main number I get our old account manager so when he says he'll pull the reports and email them to me, I'm never surprised when it doesn't happen. I haven't been able to bill our client for the last 2 months due to this issue and I can't get ahold of anyone who will do something besides tell me they'll call me back (and then don't). The CDR link is not the only website issue they have. I frequently will log in and their images/logos are missing, or I click a link and get an error message. Currently, when I try to log in, I get an error message. Sometimes, their website won't even come up at all. There have also been many occasions where I've called our old account manager and received "the cellular customer you've dialed is not in service", or I've called the main number and it rings twice, then goes to a busy signal. I do understand that from time to time technical issues will arise, but this has been non-stop for 6 months now, its always something with them and when I report the issue they say "I'll check into that and give you a call back today", and then I never hear from them. I have worked with 2 other upstream providers in the industry and this one is by far the WORST I have experienced. I am currently looking into another company for our dialer traffic and will be moving from Gafachi as soon as possible!
