I have had nothing but trouble from Comcast. When we first signed up my 84 year old mother was only charged $20 a month for her phone service which was great! I had to add internet for a few months to use a canary to see how she was getting around in her apartment. They signed us up for another contract without telling us and then when I took the internet off her phone bill was $60 a month! She is on a fixed income and cannot afford this phone bill. After calling and talking with several people no one would reduce her payment back to the original $20. I found a wireless router through straight talk and you can still use your home phone and it is only $15 a month. If you have any other sources to use please use someone else besides Comcast. They would not even import her phone number over and we had to change her phone number!!

Last night, 5/31/2018 my wife recorded the NBA Playoff 1st game of the series because I work third shift. When I got home this morning. The game was taken from my DVR Comcast/Xfinity list. DELETED!!!!!! I am so pissed because that is one reason that we purchased this option! This is not the first time. There has college and NFL football games. There has been college and NBA games and other programs. Comcast acts as they are GOD by with the simple thing as a click of a button they can make that decision and it's wrong. Just plain wrong!!! STOP IT!!!! Again, that's what we pay for. We don't want and shouldn't have to watch a rerun or replay! Whatever you choose to call it.

We needed to move to another solution that had more of the features we needed. Instead of letting us end the agreement, they tried to charge us thousands to cancel since they auto renewed our contract for another 3 years. We reached out over a dozen times to try to get this resolved. We ended up talking to 4 different people and we never got to speak to a manager even after several requests. We are shocked at the lack of care after being long time customers. We miss the salesman they used to have, Steve, who actually seemed like he wanted us to succeed.

Excellent customer service. We received services that was promised. Active since 05/10/2017 Port in our numbers was done with no pressure on our business activities. Voice mail boxes was setup same day as well as caller ID and all other features which were promised. They are very creative and very well aware and trained of functionality of their services and software which it makes them very different than large service providers. They are very active to solve any outstanding issues that may need attentions. Cut our bill to half and gained new features to better conduct our business. Great team of professionals to know and work with.
