There were many options for phone service that I considered when shopping for a new system. Chicago Business VoIP had the ease and quality I was looking for. They stole our phone numbers without our permission. They admitted it in writing and wont make it right. We were a customer a decade probably. Look at their google reviews. No one likes them.
We've run our 600 extension company on NexVortex for over 3 years now. Never seen an outage. Service is always responsive and helpful, and they go the extra mile to help me resolve problems that aren't even theirs. They save us a ton of money over previous providers.
