I administer a medium size VOIP environment comprised of 1200+ Cisco phones, various gateways type and typical TDM circuits, naturally the idea of utilizing SIP trunking was always at the back of my mind however a lot of homework needed to be done to effectively introduce the new service into a well established business environment to provide the expected cost savings and maintain traditional voice quality. We did choose GlobalPhone after an extensive research and evaluating process of many of the available products in the market, six month or so after the implementation of the service and we can’t be any happier with the service. Excellent product.
I have been a GlobalPhone customer for about 6 months. Their service has worked easily and very well. During setup and configuration, they were easily accessible by phone and email for help and handled the configuration themselves based on our input. I found 1Voice while researching VOIP providers and called them to test their customer service. A real human being picked up the phone on the second ring and answered my questions politely and completely. I had spoken with other companies and there was always something that wasn't quite right, either long wait times or hesitant answers or reading from a script. The conversation with 1Voice just felt right. We discussed the plans and decided on the one that fit my business the best (he didn't pressure me into the most expensive one) and I chose the $24.99 a month plan with no contract. I bought a commercial-grade bluetooth-capable desk phone for less than $200. When the phone arrived, I plugged it into my router and in less than 5 minutes it was ready to go. The call quality is excellent! I installed their softphone on my Samsung S21 so I could be reached anywhere and the call quality on that is excellent as well - people think I'm on a landline. I've had the service for about two weeks now and I haven't had any issues. I recommend 1Voice for business VOIP.
