What impressed me more than anything was that I was able to activate my ATA (Firefox100) device online in a very simple fashion with 3 easy steps. I found 1Voice while researching VOIP providers and called them to test their customer service. A real human being picked up the phone on the second ring and answered my questions politely and completely. I had spoken with other companies and there was always something that wasn't quite right, either long wait times or hesitant answers or reading from a script. The conversation with 1Voice just felt right. We discussed the plans and decided on the one that fit my business the best (he didn't pressure me into the most expensive one) and I chose the $24.99 a month plan with no contract. I bought a commercial-grade bluetooth-capable desk phone for less than $200. When the phone arrived, I plugged it into my router and in less than 5 minutes it was ready to go. The call quality is excellent! I installed their softphone on my Samsung S21 so I could be reached anywhere and the call quality on that is excellent as well - people think I'm on a landline. I've had the service for about two weeks now and I haven't had any issues. I recommend 1Voice for business VOIP.
