voip.ms	AVOID VOIP.MS LIKE THE PLAGUE 07/12/2012 - 07:26	Overall: 1.8 Price: 3 Customer Service: 1 Features: 1 Reliability: 1 Sound Quality: 3	Nothing really different to any other VOIP provider	Their customer service is absolutely abysmal	I joined VOIP.MS and paid my fee. Found out that my DID worked from certain numbers and not from others. Opened a support ticket. So far so good. Their initial reply was to try to place all the blame on me. When I demonstrated that this was clearly their problem, they simply stopped responding to any updates to the support ticket. Finally in frustration AFTER 6 WEEKS BEING GIVEN THE RUN AROUND I called their toll-free number and demanded my money back. They refused. Also refused to correct my problem. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS AND YOU ARE WSTING YOUR MONEY. I have since moved over to LES.NET and no problems so far.
