Before I received my Cisco IP phone they helped me set up my soft phone on my computer step by step, and if I got stuck on something I would call them and they gladly explained everything. Once I received my IP phone it was fully set up, all I had to do was plug it into my network and plug in the power and I had a phone. For anyone who needs a phone that comes with everything and a great support team behind it I would gladly and fully recommend Layer4. Also you never have to worry about contracts. |
