I highly recommend DLS and their Hosted PBX service. They provide excellent value with their Hosted PBX solution. Not only do we have a more robust and flexible system with DLS, but at a lower cost than before.

Our DLS rep Jerry and their team were all very proactive during the conversion to ensure that we had zero down-time. They also offered great suggestions on how to configure our call routing system to be efficient and allow for expansion.Since that time (4 years ago) their customer service has remained exceptional. The DLS support staff is local, professional, and responds 24/7 to troubleshoot a problem, help with configuration questions or provide training. Equipment issues or call problems are extremely rare. Our clients can reach their agents no matter the time of day, whether they are in the office or working remotely. Call clarity and stability is excellent. Our staff and agents find the system easy to use, and I find it simple to configure and maintain.
