Our old NEC PBX was on it's last leg and we wanted more features that a modern system could offer. We are so happy we took the leap as we are saving lots of money and have a lot more features than we had with our old PBX. The best thing for us with Speakeasy is we were able to get rid of the PBX and go with hosted voip so we are no longer at the mercy of our PBX tech. Not only have we saved tons of money on the service, but the $2k per year that we were paying the PBX guy. We did have a few small wrinkles at installation, but since our old system stayed up until the new system was completely tested the transition was seamless. |
