DO NOT SIGN UP for this service!! After the 30 day trial, they start charging and it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. You cannot cancel online or any other way. I talked to people and I chatted online but it was impossible. I cancelled my credit card and still it was charged to my new card. (My credit card company said that if they have the 3 digit code on the back, they can push it through.) Now I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and I hope that will work.

At $9.95 per month, I feel that RapidFax's individual and small business plan is a competitively priced internet fax service option.  They offer a thirty day trial period which includes 300 total pages.  Unlike other internet fax services that set an allotted number for incoming and outgoing pages, RapidFax combines the two to give their users more flexibility in how they spend their minutes.  They also DO NOT charge a setup fee for their service.
Faxes can only be sent to two email addresses which has not been a problem for me.

No charge for setup
Their customer service number is only found on their "help" page.

RapidFAX works as stated. For $9.95 month, I really don't think we could find any other company that can beat it.  The RapidFAX Interface is pretty straight-forward and easy to use, even for non-techy guys like myself.
I like the NO SET-UP requirement to begin sending faxes.
I am going to give their voice services a shot in hopes to handle my office calls a little more efficiently.  I am hoping that I will be as satisfied with voice as I am with the faxing.  I will let you know!

Offers up to 5 email id's that can receive incoming faxes I like the customer support "help blog"

I believe that RapidFAX is an excellent program for higher volume users like myself.  I get 1000 combined pages for $12.95/month however, there is a start-up fee.
RapidFAX is really good about laying out all for the info needed easily and CLEARLY shows how much the service will cost each month with details of what is included with the service for the price.  Many other companies do not do this or have various hidden costs or fees which really angers me.
Access to their support is very easy to find as is their extensive set of "help" pages.

Excellent for high volume users NO HIDDEN costs or fees- LOVE IT!
Start up fee though there is some kind of free trial period
