A definite alternative to VonageOur company switched to UniaTelecom Voip service and have used it for 2 months. Their customer service is excellent, although we called them a few times, no dropped calls. UniaTelecom's customer service sent us an email twice allready asking if we are satisfied with the service. I just bought a credit from webacall. I tried to make a phone call however I can not hear the other party and the worst, I can not hear myself. I tried everything, disable the firewll etc, dial *89 to do the echo test but I can not hear my own voice. but nothing works. please help me!
I have used many voip services I have never felt so glad since I have been using webacall.Their service is great,is cheap and charge by second calling that means you talk for your money.No waste.I have referred to my friends and they feel the same.
