A definite alternative to VonageOur company switched to UniaTelecom Voip service and have used it for 2 months. Their customer service is excellent, although we called them a few times, no dropped calls. UniaTelecom's customer service sent us an email twice allready asking if we are satisfied with the service. Great customer follow up. Their prices are great, we saved 50% off our phone bill.
I have used virtual phone services for nearly a decade. I find that the two biggest issues are the setup process and the poor coverage. I had a decent experience with RingCentral they had a lot of outages and then they raised their rates. I switched over to Vonjour. The port took 8 days. They had a voice actor do our recordings, which was included in the service. All together the setup was fairly easy and I haven't experienced any outages.
Signed up with this guys since I liked their UI and it was the easier to set up. Unfortunately they started messing with my billing in the first 60days. I got charged double and when I complained they started over charging me. For a $22 a month service I was being charged $26. Support sucks. Sometimes a question is answered in 48 hours or not at all. Poor English too. Obviously these are some guys in who knows where working on this part time. Too bad they could no be serious about it, they had so much potential. I disputed with my credit card since they refuse to credit for their wrong-doings.
