A definite alternative to VonageOur company switched to UniaTelecom Voip service and have used it for 2 months. We have used Flowroute for several years. All along we have been highly impressed with their call quality, customer support, and price. They have scaled with us as our business has grown. We recently discovered their APIs which has been a godsend for us – because we can now manage our phone numbers in an automated fashion. Another important factor for us was to have SMS. Flowroute’s Messaging API solved that gap for us – although you do need to have some developer skills to implement.
