they keep promising heaven until you pay the bill, then NOTHING
SunRocket first started the downslide. Next Packet 8, totally unsatisfactory, left early to go to VOIP.Com. Bad move, worse that Packet 8. Contracted for a year with both and left early from both because of very unreliable service and continual problems. Tried NiteVoip for 30 days very apprehensivly. Much to my delight my phone works for 60 days now. Can't say about support, have not needed it. I called once and got an immediate answer.
The Twilio platform has been a godsend for our company's needs. So far, it's been the most scaleable and powerful contact center and business phone platform we've used.
