I normally don't leave reviews but when service is this good I have to give credit to hard working people. David runs a world class business. I'm a CTO of a company and hard headed about letting anyone help me do anything. I've used PBX so I know it quite well. David is so quick at getting anything I need done its one of the few services I use that I actually either make a quick call or shoot an email and its done quicker then I can snap my fingers. David sounded like he was on his death bed one day when I called and was sick at home and still did my request for me when he has a team of support agents that he could have easily referred me too. Another great thing as anyone in the tech field can tell you everything is always an emergency or needs to happen right away. So having a guy like David who is fast and really knows his stuff makes me look good at my own job. The price is also the best I've found. I was referred to Thinkbright from a friend who had nothing but great things to say about thinkbright. The sound quality of Think Bright is great. They did an excellent job of getting my business hooked up and running. Customer support was very helpful and considerate. We tested their service for one month before making the switch and received great call quality, customer support and competitive price. The plans based on number of phone lines required instead of paying per user, did offer us good saving every month. Michael was a great help from the start! Porting of numbers, setting up online web account and landline and cordless phones was a breeze. The company is honest and provides quality service with all features as promised at no extra charge. Cebod Telecom is an excellent choice for VoIP service, offered us a competitive monthly pricing, no setup fee and all substantial features.
